Golden Cars  company is looking to hire an IT Specialist.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Job objective

Support, maintenance and upgrade of the Operator’s IT Infrastructure and provision of IT Services to end-users.

Job responsibilities

The job duties and responsibilities of the position are including but not limited to provision, maintenance, support and continuous improvement of the following IT Services:

• Automated Workplace Support: Includes assembling, cabling and configuration of IT equipment set, which is required to perform User’s job tasks. Functional and configurational integrity of end-user equipment and peripherals shall be ensured. Consultancy and information support services shall be provided to the Users.

• Printing, Scanning and Copying Support: Provision an ability of Users to print, scan and send the various types of documents.

• Shared File Space Support: Provision of the ability to safely store and share files within Company infrastructure, ensures functional and configurational integrity of the servers and storage equipment as well as software required for it.

• Corporate Email Support: Provision of various methods to exchange business related information through send, receive and distribution of email objects and publication of corporate data.

• Automated Workplace Support Management and Deployment System Support: Provides a unified approach, which incorporates automated set of administrative tools to deploy software, monitor health, and enforce compliance across all Automated Workplaces within Company.

• Microsoft Software Update Deployment Support: Provision an ability to manage the distribution of updates and hotfixes released for Microsoft products to computers in a corporate environment.

• Server Platform Support: Provision hardware and software base for Server OS and hypervisor continuous and fault tolerant operating and scalability.

IT&T Services Monitoring System Support:

• Ensures that all IT&T Services are up and performing to the level expected as well as notification of responsible personnel regarding any arising deviations and abnormal situations, which can cause degradation of IT&T Services.

• Data and Service Backup Support: Provision cross-platform, backup of data and services, which allows instant recovery in case of necessity or data loss event.

• Server Operating Systems Support: Ensures comprehensive lifecycle support for operating systems of all corresponding IT Infrastructure components.

• Storage Area Network (SAN) Support: Provision of Support and maintenance of Storage Area Network, including deployment of all of its components.

• Virtualization Platform Support: Provides ability to distribute resources of physical server platform among different IT services, improves scalability and availability of IT services while resulting in the use of fewer overall servers, less energy consumption, and less infrastructure costs and maintenance.

• Databases Administration and Support: Provides database-management systems and databases itself, which is required condition for lifecycle the most part of Company’s business applications, manufacturing execution systems and services provided by IT.

• Terminal Services Support: Provisioning and Support ensures centralized access to applications delivered by Company’s IT&T Department. Application execution takes place on a dedicated remote operating system deployed within Company’s IT Infrastructure. Users remotely interacting with such centralized applications over a network using their Automated Workplaces.

• Active Directory (AD) Support: Provides centrally organize, manage, and control resources within Company’s IT Infrastructure. Securely manage users, computers, groups, printers, applications, network connections, and other directory-enabled resources and allows usage of IT&T Services with single credentials.

• Domain Name System (DNS) Support: Provides hierarchical decentralized naming system for computers, services and other resources connected to the Company’s network, which associates various information such as IP addresses with domain names assigned to each of the participating entities needed for locating and identifying devices with the underlying network protocols and arranging access to IT Services.

• Network Time System (NTP) Support: Provides network protocol for clock synchronization between computer systems over packet-switched, variable-latency data network.
