Human Resources Specialist
Responsibilities of the Job
Payroll process
Onboarding process for new joiner
Provide support and orientation for the staff during the probation period
Filing for all employee and recruitment related matters
Prepare monthly HR Report
Scan CVs and prepare for preliminary interviews
Prepare contracts for new joiners
Prepare clearance for resigned staff
Support with Bank accounts for new joiners
Any extra duty may be assigned due to business need
HR system follow up [reporting issues, fix attendance, Attendance follow up [Daily punch in/out and leaves]
Qualifications
1. High communication skills
2. professional excel user
3. presentation skills
4. ability to work under pressure
5. Critical thinking skills
Requirements
Total professional years of experience: More than 2 years’ experience in HR
Languages required: Fluent Kurdish, Fluent English and Fluent Arabic
Education required: B.SC. degree
